At Redragonshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
